Despatch Booking Waybill

The functions "Book to Maestro" and "Download Waybill" are integrated with the Maestro system. It can be allowed for subproject by Project Manager role.
The booking to Maestro and automatic return of Hawb to Solo are supported by the Marken Intergration Layer (MIL)

Once the despatch has been completed with units, request and despatch information the user can click on "Book to Maestro"

The already entered Despatch Date and Date required at Destination will display. The user will need to enter the Time when shipment should arrive.
Window information will be translated by Maestro to the duration, e.g. 12:00 - 14:00 for below example

User can select Content Classification from a dropdown menu as applicable for shipment. It is the PM who need to pre-select applicable Content Classification for despatch on subproject level

Currency need be added in case a shipment invoice will need to be prepared for logistics purpose

After 'Save' the user need to input

•Pieces amount

•Weight  (kg) for the whole package

•Insurance Amount (update the value if applicable for invoice)

•Temperature (drop down)

•Package Type (drop down)

•Content Description (drop down)

NOTE: after 'Save' user cannot change the Despatch Date and Date Required at Destination in 'Book to Maestro'. If date change required, go to Maestro and update the booking there.

When multiple pieces are entered for the same package type, input the total weight in this content line.

Note: Packaging material must match with Maestro wording. In case of new/changed package name in Maestro, request this add/change for Solo.

When there is an issue with the input, e.g. weight input is less tare the user will be shown an error message.

In case of protocol or account error, the Solo account on subproject level, Maestro set up for template or non-NCTid protocol need to checked and corrected.

After a successful booking the Hawb automatically returns and display greyed out. Automatically booked Hawb cannot be modify by user.

Note: integrated order requests (showing under Request Information for Position "System") will not be allowed an edit of the Hawb via Solo Support ticket.

Only manually entered orders can be edited via Solo Support ticket.

Click on "Download Waybill" will link the user to the Maestro Login if the user is no already logged into Maestro OR

Click on "Download Waybill" will link the user directly to the Hawb related shipment booking when the user was already logged into Maestro
