Change Trail Report
Through the menu: Projects, Operational Management Reports submenu, the system allows obtaining the information for the Change Trail Report..png)
When selecting “Change Trail Report” by an authorised user, the system will display the report screen with the following filters:
•Activity (drop down menu: CancelPreconfirmation, Depatch, Destruction, Product, Reception, Return, Sites)
•Protocol
•Subproject
•ID
•Change User
•Change Date From/To

If no items match the filter selection, the system will display a blank screen.
In the case the user needs to make a new search, Reset the search.
The Change Trail Report has the following columns:
•Original Value
•New Value
•Field Name (of the value that had been changed)
•Activity
•ID
•Subproject
•User Name
•DateTime (server time)
•Time Zone (of the user)
•Change Reason
Example 1: Edit of a verified product (a comment has been added to the product)

Example 2: Preconfirmation had been cancelled with reason "Product Name correction"

Once the report has been generated, the user can export the reported items to Excel and PDF format by selecting the required format and clicking on the save button.
The system will open the report in a Microsoft Office Excel or a PDF file, and then the user will be able to print this file and/or save it.
