To protect the privacy of information contained in the system database, only identified and authorized users are able to access SOLO.
For Internal Marken Users: To obtain a User ID & Password, follow the instructions in procedure 'SOP-CTS-045 Administration and Use of the Solo System.
For External Marken Users: All requests for accounts to be set up for individuals outside Marken must be made in accordance with procedure 'SOP-CTS-071 – Set Up and Maintenance of Client User Accounts in Solo'. Requests will be made by the Marken PM who is managing the project to which the request relates. The Marken PM will distribute the User ID & Password to a client user. The Client User Guide referenced from SOP-CTS-071 is provided to every new client user in English and available in Sharepoint Solo Support.
or 'SOP-CTS-170 - Use of Solo System by Marken Third Party Depots'. Initial requests will be made by the Marken responsible who is managing the 3rd Party Depot.
