Receptions Pending Approval

This function allows the verification of the receptions.

Once the reception has been 'Sent for Approval' by the operator, the Quality Controller / Verifier will be bale to verifier and confirm the reception.

This option is in the Operations/Receptions menu:

Search for Receptions Pending Approval

In the Receptions For Approval menu, the Search Receptions screen is displayed and it contains the following filters:

•Sponsor

•Project type

•Status

•Protocol

•Subproject

•Arrival Date (From-End)

•Confirmation Date (From-End)

•Reception No.

By filling in the filters and clicking the Search button the application will display the list of the Receptions Pending Approval according to the selected criterion:

In case all the filters are left in blank, the application displays the list of all Receptions Pending Approval in the system with the following information: Reception No., Arrival Date, Sponsor, Project, Subproject, Subproject Type, Units No., Status .

In case the user clicks the Reset button, all the filters will be reset and it will be ready for a new search.

Approve a Reception

Select from the list the reception to be verified by clicking on the magnifying glass.

Click on 'Fill' button to display the list of the units associated to the selected reception.

Select the kit numbers and click on the right arrow corresponding to the status you want to apply to the selected kits:

Note that the user verifying the reception will have the option to:

•          select ‘approve all’ products at once

•          search for a particular kit number among the list of products awaiting verification

•          the indicator gives an overview about the items in total and how many products are currently selected for Approval, Rejection and Quarantine   

Repeat the operation until you have assigned a status to each unit and moved all the kits to the right column:

If Verify is selected, the status of the Reception will change to “Verified”, indicating in “Control Data” the user that Confirmed and the date of Confirmation, it also indicates the number of units.
