When is a Warehouse Movement indicated to perform?
1.Change position
2.Split or Consolidate content in existing or new position
3.Units received in Quarantine status can get final status Approved or Rejected
4.Units in Approved status cannot be destroyed before their status changed to Quarantine or Rejected (or Returned)
5.Units in status Returned, Quarantine or Rejected cannot be selected in dispatch. A WM is needed to change status to ‘Approved’. If units are expired, WM and despatch must be completed on the same day (server time) otherwise status falls back to Quarantine.
6.Units after Re-Labelling (expiration date correction) will be changed to Approved status
7.View actual ‘Position Content’ showing the original Reception RC#, actual product/s with amount and status – do not forget to delete if just created for viewing
8.Selected units needs to be moved in different status and/or position
Potential Issues:
1. Operator cannot select a desired Storage Condition -> request PM to enable that temperature for Project
2. WM selected a wrong position or status or quantity -> Operator will have to complete another WM for correction
