Re-Labeling
This function allows the management of the Re-Labelling. Depending on the users’ profile, Re-Labelling can be created, edited, pre-confirmed, confirmed or checked.
This option is in the Operations/Re-Labelling menu:

In the Re-Labelling menu, the Search Re-Labelling screen is displayed and it contains the following filters:
•Sponsor
•Project type
•Status
•Protocol
•Subproject
•Site N°.
•Request Date (From-To)
•Despatch Date (From-To)
•Despatch No.
•Order No.
By filling in the filters and clicking the Search button the application will display the list of Re-Labelling according to the selected criterias:

In case all the filters are left in blank, the application displays the list of all Re-Labellings in the system.
If the user clicks the Reset button, all the filters will be reset and it will be ready for a new search.
By clicking the New button, a new Re-Labelling can be created; the system will open the following window in which the data of the new Re-Labelling has to be completed:

In order to Save the operation, the Subproject has to be selected and then the operation will be saved as “Initial":

The user will then be able to select the Products to be re-labelled by clicking the 'Select' button.
Only ‘Approved’ and ‘Quarantine’ products currently in stock will be available for re-labelling.
When a product is selected, the system will list all available lot numbers for the selected product and, once the lot is selected, will populate the lot ‘expiry date’ field.
Note that the system will display a warning message if the user selects a product/lot that is already part of an existing, unverified re-labelling operation.

At this point, the 'Process Re Labelling' button will be enabled and by clicking it the message “The operation was successful” will be displayed; the status of the operation will change to “In Process”, the Move to Quarantine button will be disabled and the Preconfirm button will be enabled:

In this same screen units can be seen but no modifications can be made (magnifying glass icon).
In order to Pre-confirm the operation, the fields in the "Request Data” section have to be completed:
•Requested by
•Position
•Date
By clicking the Pre-confirm button, the message “The operation was successful" is displayed and the status of the operation changes to “Pre-Confirmed”:
At this point, the application will allow either to Cancel Pre-confirmation or Verify by means of the corresponding buttons.
If the Cancel Pre-confirmation button is selected, the status of the corresponding Re- Labelling will change to “In Process”.
If Verify is selected, the message “Are you sure you want to confirm operation?” will be displayed, if accepted, a comment can be added and the status of the Re-Labelling will change to “Confirmed”, indicating in “Control Data” the user that Confirmed and the date of Confirmation, it also indicates the number of units and the Confirmation

The Delete button will delete the Re-Labelling from the system when the operation is in "Initial" or "In Process" status:

Moreover, in the Re-Labelling list of the Search Re-Labelling screen there is the option to “Edit Item”. The Re-Labelling can be edited while they are not pre-confirmed. Once the Re-Labelling is Pre-confirmed, no modifications can be made.
Finally the product status will be Quarantine - for status change to approved execute a Warehouse Movement.
