Tracking Report

Through the menu: Projects, Operational Management Reports submenu, the system allows obtaining the information for the Tracking Report.

Once the report has been generated, the user can export the reported items to Excel, Word and PDF format by selecting the required format and clicking on the save button.

The system will open the report in a Microsoft Office Excel or a PDF file, and then the user will be able to print this file and/or save it.

The Tracking Report has the following information:

Heading:

Product

Product Status

Hawb N°

Lot

Kit No.

Detail of columns:

Product Name

Operation number

Status of operation

Lot.

Exp. Date

Qty.

Kit (if product has kit number set up)

Location

Prod. Status

Hawb number

Warehouse

Site (from DP or RT operation)

City (from DP or RT operation)

Country (from DP or RT operation)
