Products to Expire Report
From the 'Projects' menu, in the 'Operational Management Reports' sub-menu, the system allows the user to generate a report of products and their expiration date through the 'Products to Expire' report.

When selecting the “Products to expire” report, the user will be requested to enter the date From/on and To:

Once the dates are selected, the user will have to click the 'Search' button to send the query.
The system will then return a list that show all products which are due to expire on or before that date:

The following information will be reported in relation to each product that is due to expire within the selected time period:
▪Warehouse
▪Sponsor
▪Protocol Name
▪SubProject Code
▪Operation Number
▪Product Description
▪Lot Number
▪Quantity
▪Kit Number
▪Product Status
▪Position
▪Expiry Date
The month/year the user selected to generate the report will also be displayed.
Once the report has been generated, the user can export the reported items to Excel and PDF format by selecting the required format and clicking on the 'Export' button.
The user can also print the report straight from the application by clicking on the printer icon.
