Logging In

In order to access the application you must go to the following URL: https://cdna.marken.com/ with an Chrome web browser.

Once done, the user identification screen will appear:

In this screen you have to enter the user name, the password and press the  button.

The system will validate the user access permission and, if the User ID / Password combination is valid, will let the user accessing the application.

Otherwise, the system will display the following error message:

Note that, for security purposes, the system will force the users to change their password every 90 days and the users will not be allowed to re-use their previous 4 passwords.

The system will automatically disable a user account after a 6 month period of inactivity. Any user attempting to log in after this time has elapsed will see a message that informs to contact the system administrator.

IMPORTANT: SOLO is validated the use of Chrome browser. It is not recommended to use any other browser for SOLO because some Java scripts are not supported. The Solo application may not work properly with other Internet browsers.
