Administrate Sites
The first step to display the information of an existing subproject is to search the project as indicated in Project Search section, then select the subproject of the Subproject Detail section.
Once the Subproject is selected, the system displays the information.
The “Add New Site” option allows associating the sites related to the subproject to make different kinds of operations, such as despatches, returns, market recall, rename products and destructions.
This section is mandatory since certain operations may require at least a site for its execution.

If the user selects to add a site to a subproject they will be prompted for the following information:
• Site Number*
• Site Name*
• Investigator Name*
• Address*
• City*
• Zip Code*
• Country (drop down list)*
•State (drop down list)*
• Telephone number*
• E-mail address
• Contact name*
• Delivery Days and Time
• Delivery contact
• Reference (selection criterion when create New Despatch or Return)
•Active
* Denotes mandatory fields for creation and modification Note : State is Mandatory for USA, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Kazakhstan, Russia and Aurstralia, for other countries it will be selected as N/A
The subproject code is copied automatically from the previous screen.
Each site added to the subproject can have the following statuses:
o“Not confirmed”: It is the initial status of a site added to the subproject.
o“Verified”: When the user completes the second control of the site data and confirms it.
o“False”: Active check box is not ticked, the site is not activated and cannot be used for operations.
o“True”: Active check box has been ticked by an authorised user, the site is ready for use.
After entering the data, the user has to click the Save button to save the data entered.
The system displays a message of successful operation and goes back to the previous screen.
If the user clicks Cancel, the system ignores the data entered and goes back to the previous screen.
Once the site details are saved, the system changes the status of the added site to “Verified”.
By clicking the search button, the System displays a new screen with the list of exiting sites.

Once the user selects a Site from the list, the system automatically returns to the “Add New Site” screen, completes the selected Site data and enables the button to Save or Cancel the added site.
If the user clicks Cancel, the system ignores the data entered and goes back to the prior screen.
If a site will be created by the operation during a new operation, that site has the active True status and Non-Confirmed. Once the operation gets preconfirmed, the preconfirm user and date is displayed for the new site. After the operation has been verified the site status change to verified and is available for further operations.
Note: When a new site is assigned to a SubProject, the system will automatically grant access to it for all users who have access permissions to the SubProject.
Note: 'Reference' will allow the operator to prefilter sites at despatch and return creation when Reference having the same value entered for different sites
