Administrate Products

 

 

 

The first step to display the information of an existing subproject is to search the project as indicated in Project Search section, then select the subproject of the Subproject Detail section.

Once the Subproject is selected, the system displays the information.

The “Add New Product” option allows associating the products involved in the subproject to make different kinds of operations.

The completion of this section is mandatory. The added products must have a “Verified” status to make a reception operation.

 

 

 

By clicking the “Add New Product” button, the system displays the screen where the user has to enter:

 

                    * Marken Internal Code – Mandatory

                    * Product Name – Mandatory

                    * Family

                    * Despatch Method

                    * Storage Temperature

                    * Transport Temperature

                    * Controlled Substance

                    * Kit Number Present?

                    * Blinded Product?

                    * Product Expiry Alert (1 to 999 days)

                    * Comments

 

The Subproject code is copied from the previous screen automatically.

 

 

Each product added to the subproject can have the following statuses:

 

                    o “Not confirm”: It is the initial status of a product added to the subproject.

                    o “Pre confirmed”: When the user completes the entry and the first control and decides to submit it to Verification.

                    o “Verified”: When the user completes the second control of the product data and confirm them.

                    o “Not confirmed”: after the user cancelled preconfirmation to correct the entry.

 

After entering the data, the user has to click the Save button to save the data entered.

 

The system displays a message of successful operation and goes back to the previous screen.

 

If the user clicks Cancel, the system ignores the data entered and goes back to the previous screen.

 

Once the product is saved, the buttons to Pre confirm the product, Verify, Delete the product and Associate materials with other study will be enabled.

 

 

 

It is possible to delete a product provided that its status is other than “Verified”. By clicking Delete; the system asks the user the confirmation to execute the deletion.

 

By clicking the Pre-Confirm button, the system changes the status of the added product to “Pre confirmed” and enables the Verify and Cancel Pre-confirm buttons and disables the Pre-Confirm and Delete buttons.

 

The “Cancel Pre-Confirm” action can be executed by an authorized user with entering a change reason.  By clicking the Cancel Pre-confirm button, the system enables the Preconfirm and Delete buttons again, and disable the Verify and Cancel Pre-confirm buttons.

 

The user can modify the product code and product name up until the point that the product is verified.

 

By clicking the Verify button, the system changes the status of the added product to “Verified” and disables the buttons to Pre-Confirm, Verify, Cancel Pre-Confirm and Delete the product.
