Associate Packaging

The first step to display the information of an existing subproject is to search the project as indicated in Project Search section, then select the subproject of the Subproject Detail section.

Once the Subproject is selected, the system displays the information.

The “Associate Packaging” option allows associating the packaging types involved in the project.

This section is not mandatory for the system.

By clicking the “Associate Packaging” button, the system displays the screen where the user has to select a Packaging from the list displayed by the system.

After entering the data, the user has to click the Save button to save the data entered.

The system displays a message of successful operation and goes back to the previous screen.

If the user clicks Cancel, the system ignores the data entered and goes back to the previous screen.

Once the packaging is associated, it will be displayed in the “Despatches Packaging” section.

If authorized, the user can dissociate a packaging in the “Despatches Packaging” section of the subproject and click the X button; previously the system will ask the user the confirmation to dissociate the Packaging.
