Associate Temperature Monitors

The first step to display the information of an existing subproject is to search the project as indicated in Project Search section, then select the subproject of the Subproject Detail section.

Once the Subproject is selected, the system displays the information.

The “Associate Temperature Monitor” option allows associating the types of Temperature Monitor related to the project.

This section is not mandatory for the system.

By clicking the “Associate Temperature Monitor” button, the system displays the screen where the user has to select a monitor from the list displayed by the system.

After entering the data, the user has to click the Save button to save the data entered.

The system displays a message of successful operation and goes back to the previous screen.

If the user clicks Cancel, the system ignores the data entered and goes back to the previous screen.

Once the monitor is associated, it will be displayed in the “Monitors of Despatches Temperature” section.

If authorized, the user can dissociate a Monitor in the “Monitors of Despatches Temperature” section of the subproject and click the X button; previously the system will ask the user the confirmation to dissociate the monitor.
