New SubProject
For a 'Project' warehouse specific subproject need to be created to set up Products and Sites that are to served by that warehouse.
“New Subproject” button displays a screen where Project Number, Study Name, Protocol and Sponsor are the details of the original project; therefore they are copied from the previous screen automatically.
'Subproject Number' is generated by Solo as internal identifier for the subproject and important integration purpose.
The user has to enter the details of the New Subproject:
* Warehouse – Mandatory
* Subproject Type – Mandatory
* Subproject Code – Mandatory
* MoH Approval Date and Estimated End Date – Mandatory (must be same or post Project Start Date)
* Subproject Local Head 1 and Subproject Local Head 2 (optional)
* Currency (optional)
* Principal Drug (optional)
* Cust. Acc.# - Maestro account number required to arrange automated POD feed from Maestro, mandatory for Book to Maestro
* Allow Booking (optional) - require Cust. Acc. Number * Check Unit Ctrl. (optional)

To modify an existing subproject, search the project.

The Subproject Code will displays on the Storage Label to attach to tote boxes in the depot. A subproject can have 3 statuses:
1. o “Start Up”: The initial status of the subproject.
2. o “Active”: Once the user executes the first operation of reception the Subproject changes to “Active” automatically.
3. o “Closed”: A Subproject can be closed by an authorised user.
The Customer Account number 'Cust.Acc.#' needs to be competed, when Hawb delivery data are expected from the Maestro system. 'Cust.Acc.#' is mandatory when booking to Maestro shall be allowed.
To support operator's booking to Maestro 'Despatch Classifications' should be single or multi-selected as per product types.
'First Entry Date' is generated automatically. It is the date of the first reception of this Subproject.
'Closing Date' will be displayed when the subproject is closed by the user.
After entering all the data, the user has to Save it. The system displays a message of successful operation and goes back to the previous screen.
If the user clicks 'Cancel', the system ignores the data entered and goes back to the prior screen.
Once the subproject is saved, the buttons to Associate Temp Monitor, Associate Packaging, Add New Product, Add New Site, Print Subproject Form will be enabled.
An authorized user can delete a subproject; the system will validate that the subproject has no associated operations, otherwise it will warn the user that the deletion is not possible.
'Check Unit Ctrl.' can be ticked only by the Solo Support Administrator. When enabled, in Preconfirmed despatch the Operator has to key in the lot number for every picked item without kit number.
'FMD Verification at Reception' checked enables the Operator an input of numeric value 0-99999 if Falsified Medicine Directive is applicable for a product in this study.
'Allow Booking' can be checked only by Solo Support Administrator and require training for depot.
'Add New Classification' is mandatory to preselect the class of product to be shipped.
