Associate Supplies

 

 

 

To modify an existing Project the first step is to search the project as indicated in section Project Search.

 

Once the project is selected, the system displays the information of such project.

 

The “Add Supply” option allows associating to the project, for information purposes, the names of the products of IP, CTM or CMP type, involved in the project.

 

This section is not mandatory for the system.

 

By clicking the “Add Supply” button, the system displays the screen where the user has to enter the data of the new supply:

                    * Supply Name – Mandatory

 

After entering the data, the user has to click Save to save the data entered. The system displays a message of successful operation and goes back to the previous screen.

 

If the user clicks the Cancel button, the system ignores the data entered and goes back to the previous screen.

 

Once the supply is saved, it will be displayed in the “Project Supply” section.

 

If authorized, the user can modify the name of an existing supply. First, it has to be selected from the project supply list; then the system will display the supply edition screen. After modifying the value, the user has to Save the change.

 

If the user clicks Cancel, the system ignores the data entered and goes back to the prior screen.

 

If authorized, the user will be able to delete a supply by clicking the Delete button.
