Project Search

By selecting the Projects menu, Project Sheet submenu, the system displays a screen to search the existing projects.

By clicking the Search button; the system displays a list including the Sponsor Name, Protocol, Study Name, Project Code, Startup Date, First Reception Date, Regional Head, IP/CTM/CMP and Status of the existing projects.

The system arranges the result of the search in pages that can contain up to 15 Projects.

In the lower part of the screen the user will be able to select the page with the desired result.

If there are no Projects, it will display a blank screen.

The system allows searching by Sponsor. The user will select the name of a sponsor from the drop down list on the screen.

Filtering by Project Status: the user will select the status from the drop down list on the screen: Start Up, Active, Closed.

Filtering by Type of Project: e.g. if the user selects “IP” the system displays “IP” projects. In the case that the user does not select a value, the result of the search will display the projects of all types.

Filtering by Regional Head: the user has to select the name of a Regional Head from the drop down list on the screen.

Filtering by “Startup Date”, which is included in a time period, the user has to select the dates in the calendars “From” and “End” displayed by the system.

Also, the user can filter by: Protocol, Study Name, Project Code.

By clicking the Search button; the system displays a list with the Sponsor Name, Protocol, Study Name, Project Code, Startup Date, First Reception Date. Regional Head, IP, CMP, CTM and Status of the Projects that match with the search criteria entered.

In the case of not finding data that match with the search criteria entered, the system displays a blank screen.

If the user needs to make a new search, he/she can reset the search screen by clicking the Reset button.
