Packaging

 

 

 

Through this option the user will be able to create, visualize, modify data and delete Packagings.

 

When selecting this option of the menu, the system shows a screen through which it is possible to search or create new Packaging.

 

If the user presses the Search button the system shows the list of existing Packagings, and the Abbreviated Name “Abbreviation” and the Complete Description “Monitor” of each Packaging.

 

In case there are no temperature monitors, the system shows a clear screen.

 

 

Create, visualize, modify and delete Packaging

 

To create a new Packaging, press the “New” button.

 

The system shows a screen where the user must enter the data of the New Packaging:

 

* Packaging Name (Text, max 100 characters)

* Abbreviation (Text, max. 100 characters)

* Creation User (Text, max. 100 characters)

* Creation Date (Text, max. 100 characters)

* Last modification User (Text, max. 100 characters)

* Last modification Date (Text, max. 100 characters)

 

Assigned names and abbreviated names must be unique to a temperature monitor.

 

The fields “Creation User”, “Creation Date”, “Last modification User”, “Last modification Date” are completed automatically once the user presses the Save button to keep the data entered.

 

The system validates the mandatory fields, and requests the input of values.

 

If you press the Cancel button, the system ignores the data entered and returns to the previous screen.

 

To visualize the information of a Packaging entered, select the list of existing Packaging clicking on the magnifying glass.

 

 

The system shows a screen with the information of the Packaging.

 

If the user is authorized, he can modify: Packaging Name, or the abbreviation.

 

After entering the data, press the Save button to keep the data entered.

 

If the user is authorized, he can delete the Packaging by pressing the Delete button.

 

The system validates the Packaging is not assigned to a project, and if it is alerts that the Packaging cannot be deleted.

 

If you press the Cancel button, the system returns to the previous screen.
